🏪 Inter-company advertising structure

Sophisticated operators structure vessel ownership through a separate entity, creating legitimate inter-company advertising and marketing arrangements between their restaurant and vessel operations. The restaurant LLC pays the boat LLC for branded waterfront marketing services — deductible to the restaurant, operating income to the vessel entity. Ask your accountant about the flexibility this structure provides.
