Founding Vessel Owner — 5 Positions Available

Become a Founding Vessel Owner

The first five buyers of the PamliEcoConnect Recreational Series receive preferred pricing and priority delivery position. These vessels are designed for charter, tour, recreation, and lease operations — and represent a unique investment in a market with almost no US supply and rapidly growing global demand.

Charter and Lease Revenue

A foiling catamaran capable of 25+ knots, zero emissions, and near-zero wake is a premium charter and tour asset. Sunset cruises, eco-tours, corporate events, fishing access, island hop charters — the vessel earns revenue from day one of operation.

The Resale Market

Candela has 65+ vessels on order globally and a 20-vessel Norwegian government fleet order placed in May 2026. Artemis has a 3-year government contract in the Orkney Islands. Neither can legally carry more than 12 passengers on US domestic routes. PamliEcoConnect builds the only PVSA-compliant version.

Founding Buyer Pricing

Standard Recreational Series pricing: $350,000. First five founding buyers: $250,000 — a $100,000 discount in exchange for early commitment. Progress payment structure available. Suitable for recreation, charter, tour, fishing, and lease operations.

Performance figures are design targets, not measured results. These pages describe several vessel designs in general terms. Range is a function of installed battery capacity, which is specified per route - each vessel is configured with the pack its intended service requires, plus reserve. Range figures are quoted at a 25-knot cruise, the current best-available foiling technology; any higher speed shown is a max-speed estimate, and range falls as speed rises. Actual performance also varies with hull form, foil configuration, load, and throttle setting. Refer to the specific design specification for each vessel. No figure is validated until sea trials.
