PamliEcoConnect is designing and building a fleet of electric foiling vessels in Eastern NC — operating the first scheduled crossing of the Pamlico Sound. We need builders, operators, technicians, and professionals across two phases. The fleet we build will create the daily water commute to Hatteras Island that simply doesn't exist today.
You can express interest in either phase or both. We'll contact you when hiring opens for your area.

Positions span skilled trades, licensed maritime work, technology, business operations, and environmental monitoring.
PamliEcoConnect is designing the first fleet of electric foiling vessels on the US East Coast — and operating the crossing Hatteras Island has needed for generations.
The vessels are built here, in the Inner Banks counties. The fabrication, the engineering, the trades work — it stays in the region.
Workers, tradespeople, and professionals from the Inner Banks and Outer Banks will have a water commute option that doesn't exist today. You help build it — you get to use it.
We're building the team before the formal openings. Early relationships lead to real roles. This is how you get in on a clean-energy maritime operation before it opens to the public.
Many roles — especially in Phase 1 — can be structured as contractor or part-time arrangements. Fabrication contractors, consulting engineers, legal and regulatory consultants, marketing contractors, and marine service businesses are all welcome to express interest. If your business serves the maritime industry in Eastern NC, we want to know you.
No formal positions are open yet — but we're building our candidate list now. Fill this out and we'll contact you when we're ready.
