One Platform.
Every Market. All Electric.
PamliEcoConnect designs and deploys electric foiling vessels for passenger transit, personal recreation, charter operations, and defense. Shallow-water capable hulls from 6 to 50 passengers — purpose-built for the waterways that matter.
Performance figures are design targets, not measured results. These pages describe several vessel designs in general terms. Range is a function of installed battery capacity, which is specified per route - each vessel is configured with the pack its intended service requires, plus reserve. Range figures are quoted at a 25-knot cruise, the current best-available foiling technology; any higher speed shown is a max-speed estimate, and range falls as speed rises. Actual performance also varies with hull form, foil configuration, load, and throttle setting. Refer to the specific design specification for each vessel. No figure is validated until sea trials.
Designed for Every Market
Each hull class is optimized for its operating environment — from shallow coastal sounds to open-water crossings, daily commuter runs to luxury charter events.
Passenger Transit
12–150 pax. Commuter ferries, island shuttles, water taxis.
Personal Recreational
4–12 persons. Open-water foiling for private ownership.
Charter & Events
20–50 pax. Sunset cruises, corporate events, eco-tourism.
Defense & Enforcement
Zero-signature patrol, interdiction, and SAR operations.

T-Series
20-Passenger Commuter Foiler · USCG Subchapter T
The backbone of daily water transit and the flagship-route vessel. The T-Series seats 20 passengers in covered comfort under USCG Subchapter T, runs scheduled crossings at foiling speeds, and charges during off-peak hours. Shallow draft keeps the barrier-island and marina routes open that deeper hulls cannot reach.
P-Series
50-Passenger Electric Foiling Ferry
The primary Pamlico Sound crossing vessel — and the first electric foiling passenger ferry operating on the US East Coast. Fifty passengers, premium cabin, climate control, onboard connectivity, and a design objective of covering the full crossing on a single charge.

R-Series
Personal Electric Foiling Vessel — 4 to 12 Persons
Not a boat. Not a jet ski. A foiling experience. The R-Series series lifts above the water surface, eliminates wave impact, and runs quietly at speed — with zero emissions in normal operation, minimal drivetrain maintenance, and a design target of a full day on the sound on a single charge. Available in day-cruiser and performance configurations.

PEC Charter Class
20–50 Passengers — T-Series or P-Series, Custom Interior Layout
Sunset cruises. Corporate retreats. Eco-tourism expeditions. Charter Class is the T-Series or P-Series hull finished to a custom interior layout — open-air deck configurations, catering station, AV and entertainment systems, and support through USCG charter certification. Same platform, same foils, arranged for guests instead of commuters.
Speed. Quiet. Zero Signature.
The same hull platform that carries 50 passengers across the Pamlico Sound becomes a patrol vessel with near-zero acoustic and thermal signature. The M-Series series is purpose-built for interdiction, SAR, and enforcement operations in shallow coastal environments.

Why Electric Foiling Changes Everything
Every vessel in the PamliEcoConnect lineup shares one fundamental advantage over conventional hulls.
Shallow Water Access
Foiling hulls draw 16 inches at rest and 12 inches on foil or with foils retracted. Routes inaccessible to conventional ferries become viable — barrier islands, tidal channels, protected sounds.
Zero Operating Emissions
Zero-emission in normal operation - no exhaust, no spill risk, no carbon cost per crossing. Reserve power is carried for commercial safety compliance. Positions operators for EPA and USCG clean-vessel classification and federal clean-transit funding programs.
40–60% Lower Operating Cost
Compared to diesel vessels of equivalent capacity. Electricity cost per passenger mile is a fraction of diesel. Reduced maintenance — no engine oil, no exhaust system, no fuel filters.
